About me and Holistic Nutrition Mallorca

I am Nicole, a holistic health consultant. Since I had problems with (supposed) irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) a long time ago, I have become increasingly interested in healthy eating. Since then, I have been continuously researching and developing methods to live healthily despite modern challenges such as industrially processed foods and stress. Due to my experience and my training at the Academy of Naturopathy as a holistic health consultant, I have gained a deep understanding of natural and easy-to-use practices that I am happy to share.
My goal is not to achieve perfection, but to promote understanding of healthy eating and to show practical and sustainable ways that can improve our well-being and lead to a more fulfilling life.
Why holistic health matters
I am convinced that our diet and lifestyle are the most important foundations for a healthy life. In a world where industry interests rarely focus on our health, it is all the more important that we take action ourselves and assume responsibility for our well-being.
Today, it is more difficult than ever to keep track of what is really good for us and what is not. That is why it is crucial that each person finds their own individual diet and lifestyle. The advice should be just as individual and unique.
I don't offer a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather I take into account the needs and living circumstances of each person to help them find the optimal path to a healthy and happy life.

Advice
I will accompany you as you implement my recommendations with joy and ease and am available to answer any questions you may have. You carefully observe how you feel while doing so.

We adapt the recommendations to your current situation and consider together whether additional steps are necessary so that you can achieve your goals and the diet fits fully into your life. The aim is for you to discover what is good for you.

The path to a healthier diet sometimes requires several steps. In some cases, the body needs time to get used to changes. With a step-by-step plan, we deliberately proceed more slowly so as not to put too much strain on your body. I will accompany you step by step so that you can implement your diet with ease and long-term success.
Kitchen check
I will take a look in your cupboards and fridge with you and check your usual foods for potential for improvement. You will receive recommendations for a healthy and flexible basic range. The kitchen check is a quick and easy way to add a little more health to your usual diet.
